President
Bri Ichull
Proud military spouse of 9 years and devoted mom of two amazing kids, I hold a Ph.D. in psychology and bring both passion and resilience to everything I do. I love exploring the world through travel, indulging in shopping adventures, and embracing water sports. Family, adventure, and growth guide my journey every day.

Vice President
Christine Fallon
I come from a multigenerational Military family, as a Navy child, Navy veteran, and Navy spouse. My husband Bill and I have been married for 20 years and have four kids, two of whom are in college in Florida. I enjoy engaging with people through active involvement in nonprofits and mentoring within the community. I loves animals, tequila, and the great outdoors.

Treasurer
Mollie Morris
I've been a spouse for 6 1/2 years, and during that time lived in 4 different cities & survived 4 moves. I'm a CPA and run a business doing accounting and taxes for small businesses and non-profits. Outside of accounting, I love reading, trying new things, and watching the NFL & F1. My spouse and I love spending time together doing nerdy things covering the entire spectrum, including video and board games, RPGs, Anime, etc. Ask me about my untappd account!

Secretary
Bridget Coffey
My husband and I are on our first tour and have been feeling extremely fortunate to be able to live at our first choice, Yokosuka!
I am a retired Navy brat that upgraded to milspouse (my husband and I met in high school while our dads served in Bahrain!) so although we have only been married for just over a year we are very familiar with the cadence of the military lifestyle. Between the two of us we have visited well over 40 countries and have no plans on stopping anytime soon!

Communications
Jessi Rueter
I am a coffee lover, book hoarder, recipe addict, and perpetual student. For the last 13 years I have been navigating military life alongside my favorite person and our two amazing kids with a lot of prayer and even more chaos. When I'm not moonlighting as the Communications Chair, I work full time as a Marketing Manager.
We landed in Japan in March of 2025 and are thoroughly enjoying this next big adventure.

Membership
Maureen Taylor
I'm a secondary teacher by training, international paddler by kismet, & mom to an awesome 8-year-old.
When I’m not on the water, you can find me chasing new experiences & foods, traveling as much as possible, & trekking through my TBR book pile. This is our second time living in Japan & I’m looking forward connecting with other spouses as we navigate this Navy life together!

Events Manager
Angel Parsons
I'm a military spouse for 23 years with two kids—one grown, one in high school. We moved from Hawaii to Japan in 2024. A Nurse in Hawaii, now an enthusiastic stay-at-home wife/mom and Red Cross volunteer. I love outdoor adventures, reading, crafting, and learning Japanese. My goal is to support fellow military spouses on their journey here in Osay. I believe in building a strong community and sharing experiences to help each other thrive.

Hikes Coordinator
Becca Webb
With a background in Exercise Science and Outdoor Recreation, I’m all about staying active and soaking up the outdoors. I’ve got two adventurous kids, ages 8 and 4, who keep me on my toes.
When I’m not exploring, you’ll find me crocheting. I can’t wait to host local hikes and meet fellow nature lovers!

Advisor
Pam Kacher
I married my high school sweetheart in Annapolis, MD, and during 33 years of marriage, we’ve moved 17 times.
As a mom and moving frequently my professional life ebbed and flowed, I’ve worked as an MWR fitness instructor, a travel agent's assistant, and a bartender. I also keep busy volunteering and making crafts. I enjoy traveling and have taken advantage of visiting many countries while living overseas in Singapore, Belgium, & Japan.

Consultant
Yevgeniya (Jenny) Crespo
I am a military spouse of 14 years and a mom to two amazing kids. Life in the military world has definitely kept me on my toes—we’ve moved more times than I can count, but every new place brings a new adventure (and a lot of packing tape).
This is our second time in Japan.

Being a military spouse isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned to roll with the punches, build community wherever we land, and find joy in the little things—like a good cup of coffee or a successful solo trip to a Thrift shop.
This life definitely isn’t boring, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
