Zazen Meditation

Zazen is the most simple and tireless training to defeat the greatest enemy, yourself, and to discover the greatest master, yourself.

Knowing others is wisdom. Knowing yourself is enlightenment.

We say it Koji-Kyumei "己事究明", or Search inside your true self.

Zazen never changes life.

Life remains as uncertain, fragile, and unpredictable as ever.

Zazen, however, changes our spiritual capacity to accept life as it is.
